Founder and President of Jet Access Aviation Jack E. Lambert, Jr. played a pivotal role in the acquisition of Arcadia/Wayfarer/TAG aviation. Lambert brings almost 20 years of management experience to Jet Access Aviation and is recognized for his outstanding leadership, high standards, and attention to detail.
After graduating from the University of Massachusetts, with a degree in Business Management, Lambert sought to learn all aspects of Private Aviation. Working for and excelling with some of the biggest names in the industry, Lambert quickly identified a need to create a on-demand charter company that would be built on a foundation of hard work, honesty and strong relationships.
Lambert leveraged his hands-on training, along with his incredible business partners; into the nationally and internationally award-winning organization that is Jet Access Aviation today.
Founder and Chief Executive Officer, Shawn Honaker oversees Jet Access Aviation Financial and Operations departments. Honaker’s strong financial background and passion for aviation contribute a depth of knowledge and experience unparalleled in the Aviation industry.
After graduating from Embry Riddle with a degree in Professional Aeronautics, Honaker founded Honaker Aviation. Honaker Aviation currently employs over 70 people, manages over a dozen aircraft and proudly features one of the newest state-of-the-art FBO facilities in the Louisville area.

Jet Access Aviation is proud to have Terry Schutte to oversee their day-to-day air carrier operations. Terry’s knowledge, expertise and dedication are invaluable to Jet Access Aviation. Terry’s top priority is to work closely with the Federal Aviation Administration ensuring that Jet Access Aviation is at all times in complete compliance
VP of Maintenance
Vice President of Maintenance, LeVere Smith maintains quality assurance in the maintenance process for the Jet Access Aviation fleet. In overseeing an essential element of Jet Access Aviation’s leading commitment to safety, Smith controls all repairs, scheduled maintenance checks and conformities.
Smith’s longevity in the Aviation Industry is a testament to his passion for aviation. Focusing on building and strengthening relationships with Jet Access Aviation’s business partners enables Smith to ensure aircraft are maintained in a timely manner. With over 20 years experience and an extensive background in Part 135 operations and Part 145 repair stations, Smith is an invaluable addition to the Jet Access Aviation Management Team.
Director of Maintenance
With almost 20 years of experience in aircraft Maintenance, Jet Access Aviation is honored to have Shane King serve as their Director of Maintenance. As the director, King maintains control and provides hands-on oversight on all maintenance, FAA safety standards and the documentation and certification processes.
Serving as the Chief Pilot for Jet Access Aviation Jed Doty leads an illustrious team of highly trained and experienced pilots. Doty’s operational expertise, technical know-how, and effective leadership skills allow him to manage his diverse responsibilities. As the liaison between management and pilots, Doty ensures that the Federal Aviation Rules and regulations are maintained, and that all flight and ground operations are executed efficiently.

Jet Access Aviation, with pride, has appointed Scott Braden, an Embry Riddle graduate, to serve as the company’s Director of Safety and Training. Braden takes pride in ensuring that Jet Access Aviation goes far above and beyond the requirements of the FAA ensuring that all of our pilots are accomplished, exceedingly skilled, and prepared to take you safely where you need to be. With over 23 years of professional aviation experience Braden is commited to excellence in both aviation and client care, providing a level a safety and service that is second to none. As Jet Access Aviation’s Director of Safety and Training, Braden has ins?tuted several vital safety initiatives and promoted safety as an integral part of every team member’s responsibility. With an unrelenting focus, Braden will continue move Jet Access Aviation into the future where safety is not just a consideration, it is an imperative.
